Para agregar esa llave podes hacer, como root, lo siguiente...
gpg --keyserver pgpkeys.mit.edu --recv-key 06BBDC2602DFE7E7
gpg -a --export 06BBDC2602DFE7E7 | apt-key add -
... con estos dos pasos queda agregada.
Luego actualizá nuevamente...
aptitude update
Después ubicas el nombre del paquete...
aptitude search insync
Finalmente lo instalas...
aptitude install insync (insync lo que sea, lo que te haya
mostrado el aptitude search)
