[LinuxEsLibre] ubuntu 12.04 lts

hola he instalado el ubuntu 12.04 lts y queria instalarle el programa VMware-Workstation-Full-8.0.4-744019.i386.bundle y me sale error cuando quiero abrirlo
virtual network device ..... alguien me podria ayudar porfavor :)
